PROJECT OVERVIEW
Installation of front paver driveway & side yard pathways, front step pavers, front porch pavers, rear paver pathways; landscape blocks for raised garden area and shed skirting; pebble installation across property.  All as depicted in provided rendering.

Added landscaping shown in the provided rendering is for illustrative purposes; that said, landscape design and installation are available upon request with a separate proposal.

PROJECT AREA

  • Pavers:  Driveway, Front Yard Pathway, Front Steps, Front Porch & Rear Pathways = 3,850 Square Feet
  • Pebbles:  All Front and Rear areas = 5,100 Square Feet
  • Landscape Block:  5 Levels/Courses (20" Tall) for Raised Garden, 3 Courses (12" Tall) for Shed Skirting, 2-1 Courses (8-4" Tall) Retaining Edge at Rear Pathway = 414 Linear Feet 

INCLUDED SERVICES

  • Remove, haul away, and dispose of existing concrete driveway and pathway
  • Remove, haul away, and dispose of all front and rear yard grass/sod and soil to the depth necessary for pavers, blocks and pebbles
  • Prepare driveway and front yard pathway area for paver installation by excavating, grading, leveling, and compacting
  • Evenly spread crushed concrete base beneath all areas slated for pavers  
  • Install pavers at driveway and pathway areas, as depicted in provided rendering
  • Seal all pavers and apply non-skid powder and sealant to driveway and walkway pavers
  • Install weed barrier / landscape cloth for all pebbled areas
  • Evenly spread pebbles to a depth of approximately 2-3 inches
  • Construct raised garden bed area from retaining blocks and seal outside and top faces of blocks -- inside of blocks will not be sealed to protect garden from chemicals
  • Install block skirting on 3 sides of garden shed and seal block
  • All services come with a 1-year warranty as noted in the "WARRANTY" section of this webpage
  • Purchase and deliver all construction materials needed for the project including pavers, river rock, crushed concrete, paver sealant, non-skid powder, and retaining blocks.  Per our terms & conditions, if any project materials are incorrect or fail to perform, Ultimate Pool Remodel will take responsibility for replacing the materials and/or receiving a refund.
VALUE-ADDED SERVICES
  • Assist clients in their selection of project design, patterns, and all project materials.  
  • Provide clients with a full-color 3D rendering, based on discussions with the clients

INCLUDED PRODUCTS

  • Paver selection:  Flagstone Pavers, Union line, in White/Tan/Charcoal colors.  For product information, please view attached images in the proposal
  • Retaining block selection:  Flagstone Pavers, Munich Wall, in White/Tan/Charcoal colors.  For product information, please view attached images in the proposal
  • Ground cover selection:  Ultimate Pool Remodel will purchase and deliver (with no markups) white river rock from Seffner Rock in all areas not shown to receive pavers (as per the attached renderings)

VALUE-ADDED MATERIALS

  • Ultimate Pool Remodel will purchase and deliver the clients' crushed concrete at no additional charge
  • River rock will be purchased and delivered at cost.  Pricing for installation includes the necessary weed barrier / landscaping cloth underlayment
  • Paver Sealant is included as a complimentary part of our installation.  The product will be URE-SEAL H2O – Natural, which is non-gloss, matte finish and provides color enhancement (see image attached)
NOT INCLUDED
  • No vegetation / landscaping items are included in this proposal.  The various vegetation (foxtail palms, areca palms, muhly grass, crotons, small leaf clusia, etc) depicted in the rendering are for illustrative purposes, to aid the clients in envisioning their final product.  Landscaping can be added via a separate proposal.

TO BE DISCUSSED

  • Before any work begins, Clients need to inform Ultimate Pool Remodel in writing of their desired paver install pattern. 
  • A written project roadmap with milestones and timelines will be delivered to the clients.  Clients must agree in writing to the proposed roadmap before any work can begin.

PAYMENT PLAN

Clients will pay in 2 installments:

  1. The first installment will occur on the first day of services, which will be defined in a written and signed project roadmap.  The first installment will be 50% of the total price, or $33,500.
  2. The second and final installment will be the remainder, or $33,500, and will be paid on the last day of project services, otherwise known as project completion date.

Clients will pay each installment by check or cash. 

Paying by credit or debit is also available for an additional fee of ~3% of the total price listed in this proposal.  Please let us know if this payment method is preferred.

FINAL NOTES
  • This proposal is valid until Sunday, January 22, 2023
  • By adding this proposal to cart and checking out, you assent to have read, understood and legally agreed to everything in this proposal, including the Terms & Conditions. 
  • Following final selection of products (especially if they differ from those contained within this proposal, which may affect lead times) and acceptance of this proposal, Ultimate Pool Remodel will provide a clear project roadmap, including estimated start and completion dates, and any instructions to the clients.

We stand behind our work and are committed to fixing and covering the costs of any issues that arise due to problems caused from any poor craftsmanship for up to one (1) year.  Please contact us immediately if you notice any problems. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Ultimate Pool Remodel LLC has prepared this proposal to best ensure that the project is successfully completed and our client is beyond satisfied with our services.  Toward those ends, Ultimate Pool Remodel will always be committed to including comprehensive details about our projects within our proposals and making as many revisions to our proposals as necessary until all details about the project have been sufficiently documented.  To make sure this proposal includes all of the details about the project, we need collaboration from our client to review the proposal and provide us with feedback if anything is wrong or missing.  Therefore, as we aim to provide you with the best possible services, client is responsible for reviewing this proposal and agreeing to it only if all details of the project are included and accurate.

2) Safety is of utmost importance and we do our best to ensure that no harm comes to anyone or anything as a result of our services.  To maintain safety while the services are being performed, clients, their family members, guests, pets, and any belongings are prohibited from entering the project area after the project starts and until the project is completed.  It is the client's responsibility to clear out all needed possessions, including any plants in need of saving, from the area before our services begin and refrain from entering the area until the project is finished.  If any injuries, whether fatal or nonfatal, occur due to entering the project area before the project is complete, the client agrees to not hold Ultimate Pool Remodel and any of its members, employees, or contractors liable for such.  Client will also indemnify Ultimate Pool Remodel, its members, employees, and contractors against any claims that may arise from any such injuries or damages. The project area will be defined as the entire driveway area and the entire front yard.

3) This proposal is proprietary and confidential and meant only for the listed client and property record owner.  The information contained herein should not be shared with any other parties unless agreed to in writing by a member of Ultimate Pool Remodel.

4) This proposal is only valid for 5 days following the proposal date listed.  If there are any needed revisions to the proposal, the client should notify Ultimate Pool Remodel of such changes within 5 days of receiving the proposal.  If 5 days lapse before the client sign the proposal or provide feedback on needed changes, client must request an updated proposal if they still wish to progress with the project, and any discounts or other offers that were previously provided may be forfeited.

5) Ultimate Pool Remodel is not responsible for the performance of any construction materials not purchased or supplied through us, including pavers, crushed concrete, sealant, non-skid powder or other materials used in the project.  If client purchases any materials through Ultimate Pool Remodel and they turn out faulty, Ultimate Pool Remodel will take full responsibility for ensuring replacement materials and/or client reimbursements are provided by the suppliers.

6) Ultimate Pool Remodel guarantees that it will fulfill all services listed in this proposal to the clients’ satisfaction.  If client is not satisfied, Ultimate Pool Remodel will do everything it can within scope of the services outlined in this proposal to make the client satisfied. If the client is not satisfied despite all of our best efforts and we determine that we are unable to satisfy the client then we will withhold charging the final payment. For sake of clarity, if client's payment plan includes 2 installments, we will not collect the final payment, but will still retain the first payment.

7) Ultimate Pool Remodel provides a 1-year warranty on its services as noted above.  Our warranty does not cover any issues that were not caused by Ultimate Pool Remodel, including but not limited to issues stemming from weather or mistreatment.  If there comes an unfortunate instance where a warranty claim is made and Ultimate Pool Remodel and the client cannot agree on the cause of the problems, the client agrees to undergo arbitration using an independent arbitrator.  Arbitration expenses will be covered by Ultimate Pool Remodel. The arbitrator’s decision will be considered final and binding.  If the arbitrator decides that Ultimate Pool Remodel was not at fault, based on the facts discovered by the arbitrator, Ultimate Pool Remodel may at its discretion seek arbitration-related expenses from the client.

8) We are happy to assist our client as much as we can in making important and careful choices (i.e. choosing the right materials or installation patterns). We also understand that after our services are provided, very infrequently our client's choices unfortunately may lead to an unsatisfactory result. In such instances, Ultimate Pool Remodel will try its best to help our client figure out a solution, but we cannot take responsibility for such outcomes. Should such a circumstance arise and if the client needs to have additional work performed, we likely will need to require additional payment for the additional work.

9) If paying with a check and if the check bounces, client will be responsible for reimbursing Ultimate Pool Remodel for any associated fees incurred

10) Late Payment Penalties: unless otherwise agreed to in writing, client agrees to pay Ultimate Pool Remodel according to the payment plan outlined. Should the client fail to pay on time, a .027% interest on the total amount due may be assessed for each late day on a compounded interest basis. Ultimate Pool Remodel understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent our clients from paying exactly on time, and we are happy to provide short, penalty-free grace periods for our clients who proactively and immediately notify us of such circumstances; any such grace periods will only be made in writing.

11) Media & Marketing: Client agrees to allow Ultimate Pool Remodel the absolute, irrevocable and perpetual right and
permission throughout the universe to photograph, film, record, edit, mix, use, print, reproduce, exhibit, display, publish, perform, transmit, disseminate, market, lease, license, transfer, modify, sell, make derivative works of and/or otherwise exploit (collectively, “Use”) any media about the services provided by Ultimate Pool Remodel as defined in this proposal.
