SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER – POOL & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Location: Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties, Florida
Compensation: Up to $85,000 per year plus commission depending on experience, with bi-annual performance and compensation reviews.
Benefits: company-covered mileage; eligible for health, dental, and vision coverage after 6 months
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to lead client relationships and drive sales in pool remodels, new pool construction, and general construction services. This individual must be highly organized, personable, and professional, with a proven background in managing complex client needs from initial sales appointments through final project delivery.
The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator, proficient in QuickBooks estimating, and adept at fostering trust and confidence with clients through clarity, empathy, and exceptional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all scheduled client appointments punctually and represent the company professionally.
- Create accurate and timely estimates and proposals using QuickBooks.
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client communications, ensuring prompt and thoughtful follow-up.
- Translate client needs and expectations effectively to operations, installation teams, and leadership.
- Ensure all contracted services and any approved change orders are fully documented and invoiced correctly.
- Monitor service delivery and confirm all work meets contractual standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude that reassures clients and instills confidence in the company’s commitment to quality.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, balancing empathy with professionalism.

Do not apply if you are not willing or able to manage complex client needs with empathy, patience, and a smile, if you lack experience effectively communicating client requirements to operations and installation teams, or if you lack experience in taking proper measurements for construction estimates. Candidates who are experienced in construction sales, client management, and construction installations or construction project management are highly encouraged to apply.
